Oliveiras Factory is located in the historical centre of Funchal City, near the Cathedral.

The shop is well located and distinguished by the enormous amount of Madeira Embroideries of exclusive manufacturing, as well as by its regional articles such as handicrafts, tapestries, Madeira Wine and the Traditional Portuguese Crockery.

Besides the Fabric, the Oliveira’s Show Room, the Arte Ricamo, the Bazaar Oliveiras and the Alfândega Velha Wine Shop, Embroideries and Souvenirs all belong to this Family Company.

The Oliveira’s employs circa 50 employees, besides the “Bordadeiras”, the embroidery Ladies that work from homes all around the Island.
